Goodenough Gismo

This is the classic children's book, Goodenough Gismo, by Richmond I. Kelsey, published in 1948. Nearly unavailable in libraries and the collector's market, it is posted here with love as an "orphan work" so that it may be seen and appreciated -- and perhaps even republished, as it deserves to be. After you read this book, it won't surprise you to learn that Richmond Irwin Kelsey (1905-1987) was an accomplished artist, or that as Dick Kelsey, he was one of the great Disney art directors, breaking your heart with "Pinocchio," "Dumbo," and "Bambi."

How can it be a mistake if he(Saddam)used biological weapons on his own people in Iraq? Is it a question of procuring vs creating them?

What about the Yellowcake? You know- the 500 tons(metric?)found in a bunker in Iraq? Yeah- the Left says: wrong grade. Well, can't that stuff be refined and enriched? Isn't Yellowcake= Yellowcake: not Betty Crocker?

There is so much the average ~citizen~ doesn't know about the machinations of diplomacy and war- i'm embarassed at my own need to voice my ignorant thoughts about things of which i know naught(a).

If we hadn't gone to war and ~he~ did have the goods, we'd probably be up Sh*t's Creek and bailing w/no pail by now. And b*tching about a worthless President that didn't have the foresight to shoot a rabid dog before someone got bit.

Go figure.
