This must have been during the primaries, because she's responding to Hillary saying that something or other was "not fair."

UPDATE: Good discussion of this video at Althouse. Victoria hits the nail on the head:
In a sense, feminists must feel as threatened by her, as the Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton generation feel about Barack Obama.
"Generation" is a key word. We've gone beyond calling out wrongs, binding up wounds, and demanding opportunities. Those battles were fought and won enough for the next generation to take up their opportunities, buckle on their light armor of confidence, and fight forward by just doing.

I believe Palin's comments are in regard to Hillary stating that she didn't believe the media coverage she was receiving was fair.
I think Palin is correct here, in that whenever anyone makes the complaint that something isn't fair, they sound like they're whining, whether the observation is correct or not. It's something 6-year-olds say when they don't get their way.

Something I've come to respect about GW Bush is that he just about never complains even though he has been treated as outrageously as any American president in the past fifty years.
Love him or hate him, Bush has gone about his two terms in office like Gary Cooper in High Noon. If the townspeople won't help him, he'll face off against the bad guys alone without a whisper of complaint.
